Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Quote Guide (the “Service”), a quoting assistant for home-service businesses that turns job descriptions and photos into draft customer quotes. The Service is operated by Ingenuity Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft quotes, pricing suggestions, tier ratings, and related content from information you provide (such as job descriptions, photos, customer details, and your business configuration). The Service may also retrieve live material pricing from third-party supplier websites and can deliver quotes to third-party platforms you connect, such as Jobber.

Quotes and other outputs are generated by AI models and are provided as drafts and estimates only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular job. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every quote before presenting it to a customer, and for the prices, scope, licensing requirements, and commitments you ultimately offer. The Service does not provide professional, legal, or trade advice.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, including photos or personal information of others without a lawful basis;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent; or
• use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its outputs.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (descriptions, photos, customer details, business configuration) and the quotes generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any customer information you enter.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model providers and hosting services) and offers optional integrations with third-party platforms such as Jobber. When you connect an integration, you authorize the Service to access and modify data in that platform on your behalf (for example, creating clients and quotes in your Jobber account). Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. You may disconnect an integration at any time.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Current pricing and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account reverts to the free tier and its limits. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED QUOTES OR PRICING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the quotes and commitments you present to your customers, content you submit to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 3, 5, and 8–10 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ingenuity Labs LLC has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
